As Global Creative Director of Red Fuse Americas, Gloria leads the creative development across all disciplines and is dedicated to delivering integrated ideas for all Colgate-Palmolive brands. Colgate-Palmolive is a market leader in Latin America with brands such as Colgate, Palmolive and Protex and for the last decade, Gloria has been developing successful campaigns that touch the hearts and minds of consumers for each of them.

She joined Y&R in 1995 as Vice President and Creative Director, leading important accounts such as Sony and Sears. Before joining Y&R, she worked as a Creative Director for Foote Cone & Belding and Lintas in Panama.

Account experience includes Ford, Unilever, Pepsi, Phillip Morris, Cadbury Schweppes and Kraft.

Born and raised in Panama, Gloria graduated from Endicott College in 1982. She mixes her work and family life with a passion for running, which has seen her pound the streets of the world from Copacabana in Brazil to La Croissette in Cannes.
