Steve is the founder and CEO of Red Fuse, the fully-integrated global agency servicing all of Colgate-Palmolive worldwide. Colgate-Palmolive is a world-leading packaged goods company with many premiere global brands, including Colgate, the most used brand in the world with products sold in over 223 countries.

Founded in 2012, Red Fuse has been globally recognized for excellence in creative that spans across the full spectrum of communications. Additionally, Red Fuse Hong Kong was awarded Agency of the Year by Campaign Magazine Asia and Red Fuse Mumbai was awarded Best Mobile Media Agency at the Indian Digital Media Awards in 2014 and 2015. Red Fuse is owned by Y&R, MEC, VML, ghg and Wunderman.

In addition to its work with Colgate-Palmolive, Red Fuse is a long term communications partner of UNICEF and The Global Fund, the institution dedicated to raising and allocating funding for the prevention and treatment of HIV and AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.

Steve joined WPP in 2010 from its subsidiary Y&R, where, in his last assignment, he was President of International Business. During his 18 years at Y&R, Steve acquired a unique global experience that spans across many categories and every region of the world. Previous international account experience includes: Kraft, Xerox, Philip Morris, Novell, Castrol, Danone, LG, UNHCR and Bacardi. Steve continues to support Y&R as a member of the company’s Executive Committee.

Steve is a member of the YMCA of New York Board. He also serves on the international advisory board of EDHEC Business School in France.
